Project Proposal:

The initiative focuses on cocoa management as an economic driver for 20 indigenous families. It includes the construction of a processing center for fermentation, drying, and storage, as well as irrigation systems to enhance production. The center will also serve as a cultural hub for knowledge exchange. This project strengthens Suruí identity while ensuring economic sustainability.

Impact Measurement:

Infrastructure implemented, number of trained indigenous people, technical assistance provided, and market access expansion.
